Delivery times
- Processing time: Order processing begins on the date you place your order and typically takes 1–2 business days. Orders placed after the cut-off time (12:00 AM GMT) will be processed the following business day.
- Transit time: After processing, your order is dispatched to our trusted courier. Delivery time is an estimated 5–6 business days. This may vary depending on your location.
- Total delivery time: This includes both processing and transit. The total delivery time is usually 6–8 business days (Monday–Friday).
All estimated/typical delivery times are based on real data from previous orders. These are approximate times for reference only.
Shipping Guidelines
- The delivery time may be affected by public holidays, as manufacturers and courier companies operate on limited schedules. This is beyond our control. Normal operations resume immediately after each public holiday.
- Incorrect address information and other issues can result in delayed delivery.
Order tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- To track the status of your order, you may use our Track My Order page.
- If you haven't received your tracking number or if your tracking number doesn't work, just contact us and we will assist you.

Change of shipping address
- Once an order has already been shipped, we can no longer change the shipping address.
- If you'd like to request a shipping address change, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@ivyshape.com
- Please note that once processing has already begun, we cannot guarantee changes to the shipping address.
Cancellations
- If you change your mind and decide to cancel your order before your order is shipped, you may cancel it anytime.

Unexpected delays
Delivery may sometimes take longer than expected. If your package is delayed beyond the typical delivery window, contact us — we'll help resolve it as quickly as possible.
Packages damaged in transit
If your package arrives damaged, please reject the delivery and notify our customer service team. If it was left at your address without your presence, contact us for the next steps.
