1. i still have not received my package after the stated 5-10 days
We are sorry that this has happened.... Have you checked the track & trace code? Sometimes packages get stuck at customs. Please wait for another 5 days. We apologize for the inconvenience, but in 99% of these cases the package will still be delivered. Have you waited 10 business days and another 5 days? Then please contact us and we will find a solution together.
2. Where can I find my tracking code?
Once your order is shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking code. It takes about 1 to 5 days until you receive a track & trace code. Also, check your spam folder as sometimes our emails can end up there. Remember that it may take a few business days for your track & trace system to become active.
3. How can I track my order?
You can track your order using the Track & Trace code you received via email. Enter the tracking number on our tracking page to find out the status of your delivery. You can do this on this page.
4. I am not satisfied with my package
Please contact us with an explanation + photo/video of the problem and we will help you as soon as possible.
